• Small/moderate garages(Full Cleanout) — $99 + 50/50 net proceeds
• Large/packed garages — (Sort & Organize) — $99 + 50/50 net proceeds
• Large/packed garages (Full Cleanout) — $199 + 50/50 net proceeds-------------------------------------------------Flat-Fee Garage Full Cleanouts

• Small: $199
• Medium: $399
• Large: $599+*Full Cleanouts include removing all items from garage, sweeping garage out, removing all trash, & replacing wanted items back in garage; maximizing space in a more clean and organized way.⸻3. Profit CalculationAll sales will be clearly documented and shared with client.All proceeds are calculated after packaging, shipping, and transaction fees. Remaining net proceeds are split 50/50.If Provider’s share does not reach $500, Client agrees to pay applicable flat-fee cleanout (small $199, medium $399, large $599)⸻4. Right to Adjust PricingGarage Reclaim Co. may adjust pricing or refuse service based on garage condition, accessibility, hazards, or labor intensity.⸻5.
